Methods of data collection was done by in-depth interview which includes the input elements of human resources (Man), budget (Money), Materials / Materials (Materials) and Method (Method).

Results.

The results showed that human resources have not met the standards, there are still not yet follow the training, VCT budget depends on JKN, Puskesmas Standard Operational Procedure to do VCT already have. The applied method has not been implemented maximally due to the lack of inter-sectoral cooperation in disseminating information on VCT, so that VCT coverage will increase by cross-sectoral cooperation and maximizing mobile VCT to reach pregnant women who have not visited the Puskesmas.
